French toast and an apology

Ich entschuldige mich erst mal bei Euch dass ich mich so lang nicht gemeldet habe....irgendwie fehlte mir die Zeit, die Muße und der Elan Euch neues zu berichten.

Aber ein neues Jahr und die guten Vorsätze und das schlechte Gewissen lassen mich nun frisch und fröhlich zur Tat schreiten und ich verspreche Besserung!Wirklich!!....und als Entschädigung gibt es heute das einfachste und leckerste Frühstücksrezept mit Bild für Euch, das french toast :)

Euch allen einen hübschen Sonntag.

2    Eier

1/2 Tasse Milch

1/2 TL Vanillezucker

1/2 TL Zimt

alles zusammen in einer Schüssel verrühren und dann das toast darin einlegen, Butter in die Pfanne und schön goldbraun anbraten.Fertig!

Ahornsirup drüber und Ihr habt das beste Frühstück ever!Versprochen :)

2    eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon Vanillasugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

all together mixed up in a bowl, then put the toast in it, butter into a pan and roast the toast till it's golden brown.Done!

Maple syrup on it an you have the best breakfast ever!Promised!

Christmas Bakery Part 1

Hello Ihr Lieben,

3 verschiedene Sorten sind es am Ende geworden und ein halb fertiger Teig ruht noch im Kühlschrank und wartet auf den morgigen Tag.

Breakfast, chandelier and a walk in the park...

Today the lucky bavarians had one day off so my parents came here for a visit.We had a wonderful breakfast at the "mariandl" wich is a really nice and cosy restaurant.

After that we had a walk and finally the sun came out, too.So it was a really nice day.

Hope some of you also were lucky enough to enjoyed the holiday today and for all the others, weekend is coming nearer ;)
