Sunday and cheesecakes

Hey everyone, hope you all had a great saturday.Today weather is rather cold again, so I decided it's cheesecake time.
I did some mandarin-cheesecake muffins that surely brightens up the day.


600gr.  Quark
2           Eggs
160 gr.  Sugar
1 Pckg. Custard powder
100 ml. Oil
