Rainy monday, it's carrot time again

Hello!
ach dieses Wetter macht mich ganz irre, es regnet es regnet und ich wünsche mich wirklich wieder zurück nach Italien.Aber hilft alles nix, muss ja wieder arbeiten und Geld für den nächsten Urlaub verdienen ;)
Zur Aufmunterung gibts aber einen meiner Lieblingskuchen, den Karrottenkuchen.
Habe von meinen Eltern einen super Mixer bekommen, mit dem man alles klein hacken kann (jaja soweit ist es nun dass man Küchengeräte zum Geburtstag geschenkt bekommt).Da wurde er gleich an den Möhrchen getestet und ich muss sagen, ganz wunderbar ist das.Die Stückchen sind etwas gröber als mit der Hand geraspelt, was ich persönlich aber tatsächlich auch besser finde.Das Rezept findet Ihr HIER nochmal.

oh this weather makes me totally mad, it's raining it's raining and I wish me back to italy.But it's no use, I have to earn money for the next holiday ;)
For a little cheerup one of my favourite cakes today, the carrot cake.
I got a super mixer from my parents ( yes now the time has come that I get kitchen devices for birthday presents).It immediately got tested with the carrots and I have to say it's totally great.The pieces are a little bit more coarser as they are when you rasp it with the hand, what I personally really like more.The recipe you can find HERE.
